About us

Eufemia Suites opened in July 2026 inside a charming former monastery in the historic centre of Modena, after a complete renovation: the systems, bathrooms and bespoke furnishings are all brand new. It is a tribute to the excellence, culture and history of this land.

Every room is a gallery

Among natural woods and contemporary furnishings you will find collector's pieces: fine photography books, historic photographs, a tribute to Luciano Pavarotti and a scale model of the Ferrari 500 F2 driven by Alberto Ascari in 1952, crafted by Modenese model maker Allegro Pelloni. The plants, and there are many, do the rest: an urban oasis on the fourth floor.

How your stay works

  • Alice welcomes you

    She is on hand throughout your stay: she recommends restaurants and bars, books our partner experiences and arranges private taxi transfers.

  • Check in whenever you like

    Entry is automated via a digital link: arrive on your own schedule, with no waiting around.

  • ZTL taken care of

    We are inside a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): we register your number plate for you, so you can drive in and out without any fines.

  • Luggage to your floor

    This is a listed historic building with no lift: carrying your luggage up to the fourth floor is included, on request.

A note on accessibility

The fourth floor can only be reached on foot, so we do not recommend a stay for guests with limited mobility or travelling with pushchairs. In return, the whole floor belongs to Eufemia Suites: peace, privacy and a view that makes the climb worthwhile.
