Fully renovated in July 2026, the Valentino apartment is designed for families, groups or two couples who want genuine shared spaces while keeping their own privacy. Fine finishes, state-of-the-art home automation and an unwavering attention to detail.

The entrance opens onto a spacious eat-in kitchen with a matte black round table. A large fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and designer kettle. From the kitchen, each of the two bedrooms has its own separate entrance.

A tribute to the legends of the Motor Valley: photographs of Enzo Ferrari, Pavarotti, Agnelli, Villeneuve and Schumacher, and two vintage 1950 tin cars from a private collection. Double bed, Daikin air conditioning with home automation, 45-inch TV and a private bathroom with shower.

Grasparossa Suite

A homage to the land of wine and balsamic vinegar, with the hills of Castelvetro on the walls. A large restored load-bearing beam and exposed ceiling, designer lamps, a roomy wardrobe, air conditioning with home automation, a 43-inch TV and a private bathroom with a generous shower.

Book

Set on the fourth floor of a historic building, the apartment offers an exclusive, quiet and private atmosphere, away from the noise of the street. A lift is being installed and will be available soon; in the meantime, luggage transport to the apartment is included in the rate and available on request. Pushchairs can be conveniently left on the ground floor or in the luggage room at no extra cost.
